My DR told me that your progesterone has to be at least 10 or you did not ovulate. I had a 7.9 and he said I was ovulating but not a mature enough egg for me to get pregnant. I had to have the CD 21 check up for him to give me Clomid then go in for a CD 21 Check up the month that I took Clomid. That month that I took it my progesterone was 34 when I went in a week later they checked it again and it was 42.9.

I would talk to the DR and ask him to check it for you and tell him that you don't think that you are ovulating and how long that you have been trying I hope that he will do something to help you.

Daniella22 - I have to go in for blood tests on cycle day 3 as well and DR said that if day 3 falls on a Sunday, I can go in on day 4 (but not day 5). You might want to check with your DR because it's probably the same rule for everyone. Good luck - here's hoping your cycle starts on a Sunday

I ovulate every cycle but my Dr. put me on Clomid starting this cycle. I am on it because of age and the fact that my cycles are irregular. So Clomid could be for you. I did alot of research before starting it to see if it were right for me. I also talked to my OB/GYN about being put on something.

So you could do some research and ask your doctor what he/she thinks.

The other ladies gave great advice! It's usually a progesterone issue, so you'll definitely want to have those tests run. It's generally a quick fix (Clomid or progesterone supplements) that your doc can take care of right away. Do you think AF is on her way?

thanks for your answers ladies..they were very helpful. we think i ovulate but not every month and maybe the months i do, i dont release a mature egg. I barely ever get cm too so maybe thats a sign. I talked to the nurse and she said if day 3 falls on a weekend, get right in monday for the tests. Its perfect cause dh works on mondays so i can get in there first thing monday morning. No she hasnt shown..i got cramps still and at moments i think shes hear but not yet..im ready for her..im ready to restart my monitor too
