is there something wrong with me?

we have been trying for a baby for 2 and a half years with no success. we are waiting to go and see the fertility doctor and im scared, what could be wrong with me. is it common not to fall pregnant within this time scale what could i do to help fall pregnant ?

I am so sorry that it is taking you so long to get Pregnant. I was having a hard time and I went to my OB GYN and he done test on me and found out what my problem was. I hope that you get some answers soon. Good Luck.

I wish I had some wonderful words of advice to give you. I have had four pregnancies and two biological children living - and we have been trying to concieve baby #4 for three years. I hope that you are able to get assistance with whatever issues you may have and get pregnant really soon.

Sorry it is taking so long for you. I have been TTC and that feels like a long time too. Have you tried BBT charting. I started that last cycle and that has helped me a lot to determine when I ovulate and what is going on with my body so that we are BDing at the right time.

I have been TTC for over 2 1/2 years also, a year of that is with medical assistance. I would advise going when you feel comfortable seeing a dr about it. I havehad lots of testing done & you really need patience & to feel comfortable going through all the test so it doesn't seem so stressful. All of mine & DH's test have come back normal so we have unexplained fertility problems. Who know yours could be something so easy to fix & before you know it you will be PG.

A friend of my Aunt's tried to get PG for manyl years & found out after a few tests that she had a thyroid problem that was effecting her fertility. She now has a beautiful 16 year old son. Who know it could be that simple.

I agree that, if you haven't already, you might want to start charting and checking your fertile signs. Many women assume that they'll ovulate on a certain day, then find out after a long time trying that they've COMPLETELY missed the mark!
