Hi Sandy,

I had my progesterone checked this month on CD 23 and it was 8. My doctor told me that I was either not ovulating or not ovulating properly and is putting me on Clomid starting next cycle.

I notice in another post that you were in as similar situation and were put on Clomid. How long did you take clomid for before getting pg?

Thanks.

Margo

Margo,

My progesterone was 7.9 so it was very close to yours. I took clomid CD 5-9 and I got my BFP the first month. And let me tell you out of all the months that we had spent TTC that month was the one month that we timed BD so bad that I just knew I would not get a BFP. With Clomid I could really feel when I o'ed. Good Luck and please keep us posted.

I need to jump in on this one because my dr just put me on Clomid too...I don't know what my progesterone level was...if she told me I didn't hear her! Did you have symptoms? Am I getting to excited that it would work the first month? Probably not, right?

When I got my BFP I could not say if I had BFP signs because I thought they were from the clomid. I was just tired and moody.

The only think I had with the Clomid was a little moody, I could feel when I ovulated and when I BD it was a little sore ( but I had just had bladder surgery) But I would do it again in a heartbeat.
