Well first off, last cycle was a confirmed miscarriage. All the blood tests and all did confirm that PCOS is in play. And again they confirmed that both tubes are blocked. They are not sure if it was like the tubes going into spasm and closing or if there is blockage. They cannot tell with out internal pictures.

So we are going to be doing surgery to check for endo and if need be to clean that all out and check the tubes.

DHs SA showed that he has plenty of sperm, but only 21% motility. It should be over 50% at least.

So we have issues on both our sides.

The doc wants me to drop about 15lbs before they do surgery. Thats what I get for being a fluffy girl.

So I am hoping I can do that quickly, and hoping to have the surgery by April.

Depending on how the surgery goes, if all is clear and good, if DHs swimmers are not better for the next SA we will do IUI. If the surgery doesn't help much we will be going to IVF.

He said being we did have a confirmed pregnancy the last cycle... that does show that something CAN happen, its still a small chance but can never rule that out.

So thats where we are. Its kinda like good bad and no news at all really??

I am 8dpo... temps are up... but im trying to not get my hopes up cuz I know the chance is so small.

I'm glad that you have a good plan ready to go for getting that sticky BFP that you deserve! Try not to lose hope about it happening without all that medical intervention... like Lynda said... if it happened last cycle, it can happen again. Remember that a small chance is still a chance!!!!

Lots of information - I am sure it was all a lot to take in. Best of luck with the weight loss and surgery. Don't give up yet - you never know what will happen when you least expect it.
