positive OPK today

I got my smiley face on my OPK today. When do I need to BD, how much time do I have? DH won't get home until after six, he is a Sgt in the USMC and he is training reservists today, a 12 hour day, so I anticipate he will be tired when he gets home.

I would BD as soon as he gets home. You probably could wait a few hours but I would hate to take the risk. You really want the sperm to be waiting for the egg when you ovulate. I think once you get smiley OPK you will ovulate in the next 24 hours and you need to give the sperm time to travel.

He came home with blood shot eyes from exhaustion and went straight to bed, said he'll be up in a few hours. I will be crushed if he's too tired tonight.

Sounds like me ... got the smiley face 2 hours ago ... yipee !
Hubby worked a midnight shift last night ...
I showed him the smiley ... and I got HIS BIG smiley face in return.
He said ... "when do we start?" Hahahaha

We BD'd yesterday ... and will BD for the next few days ...

OH PLEASE ... swim spermies ... catch the eggie this time!

Well... DH was so tired and stressed from work that BD was a failure. Then I made matters worse by crying. So now he feels like a failure. Good times.

So, on to cycle nine or ten, I am losing count.

Aww, I'm sorry that this the BDing didn't happen last night. I've had experiences like that too where you're brought to tears cause you're so upset and that only upsets your DH... I definitely would try to get some BDing in anyway... you never know what might happen. Hopefully there is still a chance for you!!!

We BD'd last night ... 2x ... and I think I wore the poor guy out.
We tried 2x today ... and poor hubby just couldn't finish the race.
Gonna attack him when I get home in the morning ... it should be the last window
of opportunity ... then the 2WW ... UGH !!

Its 1am here, 35 hours after I detected the surge. Unfortunately this morning I missed my alarm for my BBT and it was so late when I woke up I didn't take my temp, so my chart will be off. We did BD tonight and I will try tomorrow, but I think I wore DH out too, so we'll see if he's up for it tomorrow. Sometimes he can come home for lunch, maybe I can get some afternoon BD outta him.
