Hi Girls,I wanted to know who all use digital OPK with that smiley face thing. What time do you usually use and do you really dont pee 4 hrs prior to taking the test as the test says to do .And you you also not drink anything for 4 hrs before taking the test.

I am asking bcoz 4 hrs without peeing is a little difficult for me .But i heard for OPK FMU is not very reliable as LH surge occurs later in the day and ideal time to test is betwwen 12 to 8pm or somthing.

this is the 1st time i m using this smiley face thing as i am fed up with lines and checking which one is darker.

I used it at 2pm, and I started several days before the "when to test" chaart advised, which is lucy since I would have missed my LH surge! I didn't stop my fluid intake but I didn't overdo it, either. I definitely pee'd within four hours before it, I can't hold it that long!

I test in the evening after work. I'll test whenever I have to pee.

I use IC's as well to save some $$. I only use the digis once the IC's start to show a 2nd line.

I don't use the digi OPKs (I imagine you use them the same way you'd use the regular OPKs), but I wanted to pop in and wish you luck! I hope they can help you time your BDing right and help you get that BFP!

Thanks girls for ur responses.the digital one is so expensive around $40 for 7 day tests and i got a free digital pregnacy test with it.I never used didgital before as it is so so expensive. But this month i am using clomid 100mg(last month i was on 50mg),so i was hoping i will ovulate this month and get a +OPK for once.
i always thought may be i was not testing it right, becuase i cld never hold pee for 4 hrs.and whenever i decide not to drink liquids 4 hrs before taking the test,i am always tempted to drink water more.funny how the mind works.
