When will this HCG shot get out of my system

Hi Girls...i had HCG shot(10000iu) last monday on CD13.I ovulated cd14. i started taking HPTs since saturday to see if the line gets lighter as the days go by.But i dont see the line getting any lighter at all.Its the same shade since saturday.Should'nt it get lighter and then eventually become negative? so that when i take HPt 14DPO and if i get positive then it indeed will be bcoz i am preganant and not due to HCG shot?

When can i expect to get negative HPt from the HCG?how long will it take for it to go out of my system?I was hoping atleast it gets lighter

Usually 1000iu should leave your body every day... so if you did 10,000iu (which is what I do).. it should be out of your system about 10 days after you took the shot...

Every body is different though.

If you have a slower metabolism (like me!) it might take longer. It took TEN full days for my trigger shot to leave my system, and I only did 6500 iu...
