I have not had a positive opk without clomid in I can't tell you when. I'm using answers brand dip sticks so I'm sure that it can be more positive than it is today so I will have to wait and see what happens with the temperatures. But it's nice to atleast have that positive opk. The bad part is that my CM is not doing as it's supposed to but only time will tell.

Reason: change title
those answer brand ones are VERY VERY Sensitive so be careful. they gave me false positives once for a week. i cross checked them with clearblue easy ones and the CB was neg when the answers were positive. after a week the CBs detected the surge and the answer ones were still showing positive. follow the CM too, if it seems odd, you might want to cross check with a different brand or just keep BDing!! G/L girl
thank you for the info. If I have a couple of days of positives i will go buy some different ones. Otherwise I will continue with the bding. It's more fun that way anyways. LOL
I have always used the answer brand - I tend to get anywhere between 1-3 days of positives and we try to continue to BD as long as they are positive and 2 days after. I have even taken them twice a day at times. Have fun.

I am a little frustrated with myself. I woke up 1.5 hours before I was supposed to temp this morning...dang bladder. So at 3:35 I woke up and temp was 97.80 and then I took my temp again at 5, my usual time, and I got 97.40 so which one do I take....neither is a real definitive temp spike. My positive on my OPK yesterday was 3 times darker than the control line, today I still have a positive just not quite as positive as yesterdays but it's definitely darker than the control line again. I should have listened and bought a different brand of OPK's. I guess i will keep bding and buy another set of OPK's on the way home today from church. I feel like a newbie at this again. i thought I would never get it out of my head about all this temping stuff and now I can't remember all the rules. I need to dig out my TCOYF book.
Amanda, the same thing happened to me this morning. I woke up at 3 am and then again at 5. What I did was in FF I plugged both into the BBT temp adjuster and used what they gave me. I find that is the most accurate way for me. My two temps were 97.96 at 3 and 98.06 at 5. FF gave me 98.21 as my temp adjustment.
