Athleticism! DH and I both play and love sports, so I sure hope our kids get that!

Only one talent? Why can't they be multi-talented like DH and I? JK...

Umm... that is a tough one... Maybe being athletic like Christine said... That can open so many door for a child... good healthy habits, fun, teamwork, determination, support, dedication...

I have to agree with being athletic. I was a cheerleader and dancer in high school, played a little volleyball in college, and DH is the anti-athlete. I'd LOVE to have a little football player!

I want artistic/abstract thinking in a child, so we can make arts and crafts together, and when they are older we can discuss books and philosophies. Maybe DH will teach them to play the guitar.

If they are athletic, we are so SOL, we are not athletic people by any stretch!! They'd have to ask their grandfathers to teach them to throw a football, because mom and dad sure won't know how! I'd be like "um, I can teach you how to throw a stick for the dog? Is that just as good?"

Being athletic. I don't want no overweight-all-day-game-playing child (like my baby brother).

I think I would love for my children to be musical. DH plays the guitar, so it would be nice if our children would play an instrument as well.

We aren't athletic at all either but I wouldn't mind having a little quarterback or something. Another good talent would be musical - DH's family is very musical and AJ is already in love with the piano, drums, etc.

I hope that my child has a variety of talents...not just athletic, or just musical, or just book smart

I have zero athletic ability so I don't think our baby will be a pro athlete. I'd love to see musical talent.

I think I would be most proud of a musically-inclined child.
