LOL. I've "tried" it before, but I'm really doing it. Since we're sort of in limbo between cycles, and I can't do any MA until next cycle (or possibly the one after that depending on when I am scheduled for bloodwork), I figured I would try to give myself a little mental break. I temped this morning just to make sure my temp fell after AF, and it did. I told Jon that I will temp only on the days that I am testing with OPKs, so that I will hopefully see a surge and a temp rise, and then stop temping again! I must do it this time! So it'll be a boring chart to stalk for another week or so, but that's just how it has to be! YAY for a new goal.

I don't mind a boring chart as long as your doing what's best for you! I hope that you'll have a nice relaxing cycle. I have faith that you can do it!!!

I don't believe you, Ash! I am proud of you for not taking your BBT with you last weekend!
Sounds good though- let's do it! I'd totally just rely on my OPKs, but my RE was so interested in my charts, I feel like I still need to produce a sure-fire O chart for him!

Looks like I'll be taking a break from chart stalking
I agree with Cris, if it's what's best for you ladies, so be it! Good luck to you both!

I think it's good to take a break every once in awhile. I was thinking about doing the same thing during the 2WW.

I agree with you Jackie, when I didn't temp this past months I swear the stress level was soooo low, felt so nice! If you can do it GL!

Good luck with that! I'm doing the same thing this cycle. The temping was getting so frustrating especially after last cycle when I had 24 high temps after O and no bfp. We're giving the temping a break for a bit.

Good job, Ash!! I didn't temp either. I'm going to move my thermometer into a drawer in the bathroom so that it would be inaccurate if I got up and used it. This will deter me from using it!
Jenn- I can totally understand. Your last chart confuses and makes me frustrated for you! I would totally give up temping all cycle, but I need to make sure I O since I'm not on meds this cycle. Plus my RE wants us to give this cycle and next a shot of getting pregnant (since I just had an HSG done in January) before we move forward with a lap.
