I don't have a month in particular, but I think I'd like to be in months 4-7 over the summer because I love summer maternity clothes lol Plus I won't be too uncomfortable at 9 months in the hot weather. I guess that means giving birth in October? Although I loved when I was due in March because I figured the LO would be a couple months old when the weather warmed up, which would be great for walks and stuff.

I'd "prefer" not to be due at the end of December, and if I get preg this cycle I'll be due around Dec 29, but of course I'm totally hoping for it still!

I really haven't put much thought to it, I suppose that I would like to have a Fall or winter baby, that way you don't have to worry about the "to hold back or not" debate when it is time for them to go to school.

Hmm...I've always thought about this in reverse...

I want an early in the year baby because then s/he would be the oldest in the class. If the baby is born in November for instance, would you start the LO into kindergarten at at 4yo (turning 5 in Nov?).

I'm sure things are different in different states, so I'm curious how you're thinking about it.

Here, if you had a November baby, you wouldn't start them in school until 5 (almost 6). So they would be the oldest in the class. If you had a Summer baby, they would be the youngest in the class.

January (and not because that's my next shot or so)... I think it would be wonderful to have a baby belly at our gatherings during the holidays. No idea why, but I would love to see pictures from that holiday and think about how my baby was there with us...

I think the Fall/early winter (September -December) would be awesome. It's my favorite time of the year. I can picture photos in the pumpkin patch with a big old baby belly I like Jackie's idea of a big belly at holiday gatherings. I guess there's just something special about that time of year for me!

I would love to have a baby any of the months other than jan through april, because the majority of our Large family's birthdays are in these months. But if it happens I will jump for joy just the same. I realize if I don't get pregnant this cycle then I will be going into Jan-April due date time.

I have always wanted a Spring/Summer baby. I was really hoping AJ would have come in July - LOL. But ideally anytime May-September would be great (not too rainy - and would be pretty easy to evacuate with a newborn I think). Since TTC has taken me so long I have become more okay with Jan-April and Oct-Nov, I really dread a baby born in December - so close to Christmas I think they would get jipped.

I always thought June would be perfect. Then you wouldn't be pg during the summer, and baby's b'day would be 6 months from Xmas! But, like everyone, I'll take any due date I can get!

I have really never had a preference.. I think there'd be good or bad with any month.

I would prefer late May/June. DH is studying to be a professor, and that way he'd have off max time because of summer break. Also, I like the idea of not being pregnant during the hot months, and the idea of being pregnant during the cold months - I've always heard that pregnant women get hot flashes.
