I think I might try some since I'll be staying at home. If I was working, no way!
So I'll give it a thumbs up, but I know myself and will probably end up buying it lol

I say thumbs up... I generally get these great ideas and do them for a short while, then lose interest so we'll have to see how long it lasts!

I say thumbs up!! But I am like Cris, I lose interest in things fast, and who knows how much time I will have with a new baby and my husband gone working!!! Being alone with the baby, I may not have the time!!!

Up - I didn't make AJ's but I want to try to make some of the next one's. Most of my friends make their kids - and one of them has the Babycook and loves it, but I am just going to use my cuisinart. Baby food is just so expensive and I could make it for cheaper - I think at least.

I would say up as long as my schedule permitted. I'm usually pretty good about planning ahead for things like that

Definitely up! I made all of Lochlann's baby food and plan to do the next baby's as well. Next time I hope to have a garden and grow a lot of the veggies myself. It was actually really easy and didn't take much time at all. The hard fruits/veggies I steamed first in my rice cooker and then pureed in the food processor (except for sweet potatos and butternut squash--I baked those first); poured it into ice cube trays, froze overnight and in the morning popped them out into gallon sized freezer bags so I could label and date it. Soft fruits (like pears, mango, etc.) I didn't have to steam first and could go right to the food processor. I usually only had to resupply every couple weeks. Also when doing chicken and other meats I would cook it in organic vegetable stock for a little flavor and to soften it up a lot.
I'd say applesauce was the worst to make though but that's just because I hate peeling apples.
