Last week I had 4 postive OPKs in a row. Or what I would consider postive, but then my temp did not go up. It seems to be hovering. I have had - OPK's the last 5 or six days in a row.

Has anyone else even got a +OPK not followed by the temp shift????????

I have gotten positive OPK's and even felt the pain, but my dr told me last month that I'm not O'ing. I have no idea how that can be, but hopefully someone will help us! I don't temp though.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I am going to go to my doctor this coming week and find out if I am even O or not. My last chart looks like I might of, but this is the first month I've tried OPK's and it's not making sense. My cycles are painfully long, so if I am Oing it's really late, I guess. What did you doctor say to do since you are not Oing???? Are you thinking about trying Clomid or something?
