I think we've done something like this before, but it was a while ago....
Show us the Baby Item(s) you are most excited about getting for your shower or when you're pregnant?!?!?
Edited to make it Item(S) since I know I personally have no restraint! LOL

Jackie I love that set! I want something similar!
I've just fallen in love with this set. I like it better in person than on the site, but I think I'm going to buy it this weekend. #1 it just went on sale AND #2 I just got my 10% off coupon from Target. I think that's telling me it was meant to be I was going to get it last weekend but got sick.
I'm looking forward to buying evvvvverything! But I narrowed it down!
Here is the bedding. I also want a similar crib
Another pic of the bedding
And I want a changing table similar to one of these (that will match that first crib of course). I'm leaning toward the first one because I like the spot for the bins.

I know it! And I think the Toy thing comes out so you can use it as a play mat! That'll save some money on buying that too!!!

Well I already have everything from AJ - and since baby will be a surprise (not finding out the gender) we will go with the same Crib set. I will take a color from the comforter and paint the walls. There are pinks, purples, blues, greens, yellows, etc. so it works for either.
I want to get this stroller: It is a Sit and Stand that can be 2 seats
I want a new Pack N Play too because I inherited my SIL's old one and it doesn't have the bassinet part. So something like this - I am not picky on color/pattern as long as it is neutral and not too bright - it has to look okay in my living room.
We need a new high chair cause I again inherited my SIL and it was well loved so we trashed it after awhile. AJ is now in a high chair booster conversion seat that sits on a chair pulled up to the table and I don't see giving it up anytime soon. I am not picky on the high chair - wheels and washable fabric (not plastic) are a plus. So something like this
I think if anyone wants to throw us a shower I am going to ask them to wait till after baby arrives so that if it is a girl they can get us clothes and blankets and stuff. Most of my newborn stuff is gender neutral with a few exceptions (blankets and a few outfits cause we did find out the gender with AJ) so I think we will be set for a little bit.

LOL Cris! You should have told me about that bedding sooner! Since I got preg the first time I've been looking for something to fall in love with. I LOVE polka dots, and I love browns. So I would find a TON of brown/pink and a ton of brown/blue, but I wanted neutral. Although I don't doubt I had seen this set online, but I didn't fall in love with it until I saw it in the store about 2 weeks ago.
And I've heard great things about that play yard!

I haven't really looked at furniture or bedding yet. But I know I want a Bugaboo stroller!

Sorry I didn't know you liked polka dots as much as I do LOL! I'm so jealous that you're going to buy it! Buy me a set too please?!?!? LOL Does it look better in person? I'll have to stop by and check it out! DH is concerned that it wouldn't work for a girl, but I totally think it does!
And I'm glad you heard good things about the play yard! Man, I better get pregnant soon before all the cute stuff I love isn't available!

Assuming this isn't a net set, then I probably saw it on Target's website before while looking for brown/green polka dots sets. But when I saw it in the store, I was like "YES this is the one". Now, I don't think it's the best quality (I'm buying it this weekend, I will let you know!) but it's very affordable! Instead of spending $300 for a set or something, the sheets are $9, I forget the blanket and bumpers, but obviously the prices are online. They are on "price reduction" at the Target here though, and I have my 10% off entire purchase coupon.
I semi-agree that the brown is more boyish than girlish, but I'm a tomboy anyway, and figure if it's a girl we'll just accent with some pinks or something. I don't really consider brown a boy color though, I have a few outfits that have browns (I've only bought things I consider neutral).

Yeah, I agree that with those prices, I'm sure the quality isn't the greatest, but the way I figure, if the baby is going to pee, poop and puke on the stuff, I can't justify spending the $300 on a set!
I'm totally a tomboy too and I generally hate pink (Don't judge me by my siggie though LOL) I thought that a light purple might look good as an accent or I'll just stick with lots of yellow if we have a girl.
