Getting Close

We are getting close to ovulation. I took my first OPK yesterday because I hadn't gotten out to go buy more till yesterday. It was almost positive. I think we are going to start the BD Marathon tonight and try to do every day through Saturday and then maybe every other day for a couple days - I guess it depends on how things go this weekend.

We are also considering taking the side off AJ's crib after Easter (so Monday probably) but I am having a hard time with my baby growing up. I also never thought that he would be coming out of the crib without a new baby coming along to need it and that is really hard on my phsycie.

I know what you mean about passing milestones....I never in a million years thought I wouldn't be pregnant by my due date, that has come and gone. And the year mark is less than a week away now.

Thanks everyone. I have been having some ovulation pain in the last 5 mins. I am counting the hours till AJ goes to bed! LOL!

i totally understand how you feel. my DD jumped out of her crib really really early. she wanted out so bad, she would just hoist herself over the top of it. it was so dangerous, so we had to put her in a toddler bed early!!! it was very very hard. we recently took the crib down and that was even harder. but i kept telling myself it would go back up. then i found one on mega clearance that i liked and bought it. it's waiting to be set up!!! i hope soon.

We managed to get some BDing in while AJ was nice and distracted last night. We tried a second time later that night after he went to bed but I got this horrible pain that went from below my belly button clear to my cervix. I commented to DH that I couldn't remember exactly what a contraction felt like but that it reminded me of it. After 30 mins of pains we gave up DTD a second time and I took some tylonal and rested until the pain was more manageable and then when DH came to bed and woke me up cause my book was on his side of the bed I took my prenatal and other meds and went back to sleep too.
