Today is one year TTC

CD1 of my first chart was April 15, 2008. Meaning as of today we have been TTC for one year. I have been fortunate (if I even want to call it that) to get pregnant twice, but obviously had m/c both times. I can't say it really feels like a year, but sometimes it does. We obviously not only wanted to be pregnant by now, we wanted a baby by now. And should have...my first DD was in March.

So about this cycle......I had a brief thought about testing this morning at 9dpo, but it was only brief! I got a BFN at 9dpo the second time I was pregnant. While I know the pregnancies can implant at different times, I promised myself I'd never test that early again. I MAY test tomorrow, but want to wait until Friday. My temps aren't the best indicator because they're all open circles, mostly taken earlier than normal though. Last night I woke up every time I tried to move because I pulled my neck again and I'm literally immobile right now. So while my temp went up, it's probably because I didn't sleep much. I'm still a little hopeful, but it's not like a have a symptom or anything!

I'm sorry you've had to hit the one year mark... I hit mine in December and that was really rough, so unfortunately, I can understand the frustration.

I think you should wait to test until Friday and I hope you get a GREAT surprise BFP!!!

BOOO for one year, BOOO for two miscarriages, BOOO for your neck hurting, anything else?

No, but seriously....I hate it that you made it to that mark without your sticky bean. It sucks that any of us have to endure the frustrations and heartache of this process. I am with Jackie and hope that you get that sticky BFP at the end of this week and you can put this whole nightmare year behind you.

I'm sorry that you've hit the one year mark. It certainly is a tough one... I hope that you will be able to wait a few days and get that beautiful sticky BFP though!!!

Thanks ladies! I know this is the 6 months + board, but I know most of you have hit the year mark too and would understand!

No, I am definitely NOT saying that! After reading it though, can definitely see how you might interpret it that way! I was more like complaining for you because I think all of that totally sucks and I can't think of anyone (including the other ladies here) more deserving of a sticky BFP!!

It is hard one to reach. I think most of us have been to that point. The losses don't make it any easier. I pray that you will get your BFP this cycle and that you have a sticky bean that will lead to a healthy baby this time next year.
