Job Update: Well I had an interview this morning with a great company and I think it went really well. It is a great paying job with great benefits and I think it would allow us time to keep going with this MA stuff!! YAY!! I should here later this week!

House Update:
We have found a couple of houses we love! Bad thing...they are so expensive. We are waiting on a pre-qualification to help us decide what we can afford and what not!! YAY!! Anyone have any good sources to check out on First Time Home Buyers or to help us decide what we can really afford also? Thanks ladies!

TTC Update:
Oh and I started spotting last night so AF is on her way. I got a BFN this morning too so that just confirmed it!! UGH!!! So frustrating! I am also going to be meeting with my RE again in May to get a new plan in action. I am so excited. Of course I have to make sure that May 18th is fine with DH but lets hope it is!! YAY!!

look for a house that might have been on the market for awhile. they are usually much more bending on the price... just a suggestion...

I know the government has some sort of tax credit this year for first time home buyers who purchase a house within a certain price amount. The amount of the credit is based on the purchase price. Many states also have great funding and special rates for first time home buyers.

Check into foreclosures or pre-foreclosures. We got ours for a steal in pre-foreclosure almost 3 years ago.

Yay for the job interview...I hope that you get the job1!!!. Good luck with the house hunting. When we went to buy ours we just sat down with the bank and asked them realistically what we could afford. I recommend not stretching your selves too thin. If they say that you can afford a $200,000 dollar home I would strongly recommend getting one in the 150-180,000 dollar range. We have had a FEW friends that bought in the top of their range and the house ended up swallowing them and they couldn't afford to go and do things on the side. We bought 40,00 dollars under our max and we have been doing just fine.
