Good news is I got a job and I cant wait to start! I start on Monday, so now I will only be able to get on in the evenings but I will still be around I promise!!!
But...this means I have to push back my appointment for starting Injectables again until like June or July!! UGH!!! I guess God really does have a plan though....
Also, we are looking at houses like crazy trying to find the right one so that is why I havent been on much lately! I am so sick of it!! And whats worse is ND has the best economy in the nation right now, which means that the housing market isnt dropping and prices are still sky high here...but hey what can you do.
Just cause I am curious...how many of you girls live in a city with 20,000+ people and how do you like it?
We are trying to decide between the city and one of the smaller towns that are about 15 miles from the city? Just curious on what your inputs are...Thanks!!

I'm glad that you found a job, but it's too bad you have to put off the injectables (for now).
I live in a city of 1million+ people. I love it. We live in the inner city in an older neighbourhood. Our commute is so small and our street is really quiet. But I admit, that at times, I can see the appeal of living in a small town.
Good luck house hunting!

Congrats on getting the job! I hope you are able to find the house you want. I've lived in a bigger and smaller town, and if things hadn't turned bad would probably still want to live in the smaller one. It feels comfortable to me at least.

Congrats on the job! I'm sorry that you have to postpone the injectables, but I'm sure it will all work out! I hope you find a house soon!!!

Lynda, I didn't realize you and I are so close. I'm in a Milwaukee suburb as well, only about 10 miles from down town. I love living in a large area like this, but still with sort of a small town feel. We have a nature area by us with a bike/running trail. We always have deer, fox and other animals in our backyard. It's great!

Where we live, they had 67,200 people on a 2006 census. We are about an hour from Houston. I really like where I live - sorta big city to me (and totally not like Houston), but with the small town feel.

Thanks ladies...I think we are going to try and go with the out of town idea if we can find something we like. Otherwise if we find something we love in town, we will be ok with that too....we saw alot of houses yesterday and have it narrowed down to a couple, but still havent made a decision yet. Wish us luck! haha
