Curb appeal. If the outside isn't attractive, I automatically wonder if the inside is unkept too.

Well when we were house hunting, I was weeks from being due with AJ. So I was looking for a place with a nice sized living room (for all the baby toys and everything), bigger kitchen than our apartment, etc (everything was compared to our apartment) and a nice big backyard for the dog and baby as he grew up. We had a friend that would be living with us for awhile and this house had a perfect room that was away from our rooms so that his work hours wouldn't effect our sleep. I wanted AJ's room fairly close to ours. Our guest bathroom with a whirlpool tub was Awesome!
