So, started spotting this morning, like I usually do around 9DPO (noticed this before when using OPKs). Unless I get extremely lucky and it stops, I think I'm out this cycle. At least AF will have started on her own (or else I would have had to ask for meds) and I'll be free to have an exam on the 19th when I go in to see my doc. It also means that b6 did not lengthen my LP, so we might need to take a look at that. I have the longest cycles but with a short LP...how frustrating! Here's hoping I never get this long of a cycle ever again!

I'm sorry! Is this this first cycle using the B6? I've heard from other ladies that it takes a few cycles to affect the LP, just a thought. I'm sorry you're spotting.

HUGS!!! i hope it's not AF!!!! that would be a dangerously short LP. I think you gotta talk to a dr. about the short LPs. they could be your problem and it's pretty easy to fix!!!! HUGS and KUP

I hope that it's not AF!!! Stay away!!! I have also heard that the b6 might take a few cycles to work, so maybe you can give it a few more tries!

She stayed away for the rest of the day yesterday, but I think she's just waiting to pop back up today sometime. But I do hope my doc can do something about my LP, it's only 9-10 days. Thanks for the B6 tip everyone, I will keep taking them to see. I just hope I get a normal cycle this month!

i don't want to be the doggy downer here, but i tried B6 and B complex vits for months and it did nothing for me!! if you can, call your dr. and tell him/her that you have been charting and having very short LPs. See what they tell you. I just don't want you to waste time like I did!!! My progesterone was lower which was causing the short LPs. now i just take progesterone after I O and my LPs are 13 to 14 days!!!! Vitamin B would never have helped that... G/L

Thanks Lynda! You're not a downer at all, I appreciate any info I can get! I am going to discuss it with her again, we had talked about it once but she wanted to make sure it was a reaccuring problem before prescribing.

Thanks Lynda! You're not a downer at all, I appreciate any information I can get! I'll probably still keep taking them but I will ask her to do more tests. We had talked about my short LP before but she wanted to make sure it was a reaccuring problem before she prescribed anything. I will definitly ask again. Ì'm going to have to start making a list of all the questions and topics I want to discuss next visit because I'm afraid to forget something!

I know how frustrating it can be to have irregular cycles!!! I would most definitely talk to your Dr. about it. THere are lots of options and tests out there to help you out!! Good Luck!!
