Hello,
I have perused the other boards and this seems like a good fit for me. I would like to introduce myself. I am 32 (but feel about 25) and my DH is 29. My name is Laura and I have been with my DH for 5 years. We decided to wait until we were settled to start TTC. That was over 6 months ago. We even took an extended christmas vacation to costa rica at christmas as "of course" we would get pregnant. Well, we are still attempting to pretend like we will just get pregnant any day now but we both realize this may take longer.
Since we started TTC I realized 2 things about myself - I will buy the biggest quantity of pregnancy kits available and I will use them all within a few days. To be a true experiment I even vary the conditions - lol. This morning I actually found one in my bathroom (my husband must have hidden it) and used it. I am not even late! ooooohhhhh dear.
Well, I look forward to this message board and to going to costco for the next batch of kits

Laura! I'm Kimberley and my DH is Jason. I think I'm the opposite of you - I have tests in my bathroom that are about to expire! I hate getting BFNs so I always wait to test. I look forward to getting to know you.

Welcome to our little family!! I'm Jackie (27), DH is Jon (28) and we're on our 15th cycle/ 19th month of ttc our first (longer time due to longer cycles). After 4 cycles of Clomid, I had an HSG done which showed I have a partially blocked right tube, so I am in the waiting period to have surgery to hopefully correct that and remove endometriosis. I hope you get your BFP before too long, but in the meantime, I look forward to getting to know you!

I'm Tonya - also 32, DH is Matt...we've been trying since a cycle that began in September (though I didn't O till November on that one)...I'm a POAS addict - I have over 200 OPKs (to take whenever I want) and about 30 HPTs...

Wow Tonya....you do have a large stash! Btw, I'm Lee Ann....welcome to the board. I also have a hard time conserving OPK's & HPT's. I will test and test and test until I run out. I've even tested when I period came a few times just to make sure

Welcome Laura!!! I'm Cris (29) married to Shawn (33) and we've been trying for our first for 25 cycles now. We're currently NTNP (well, more like Not trying too hard) for this cycle. I'll be having my HSG done in July and then we'll likely move to Clomid and HCG triggers.

I hope your stay here is a short one, but I look forward to getting to know you in the meantime. It's a wonderful little group here and you'll find all the friendship, support and awesome women you could imagine!

Hi I'm Amanda (28) and Dh is MIchael (26), we are currently on cycle 16 but have been trying to conceive since Dec 2006 off and on due to him deploying and us having two miscarriages. We are currently NTNP and I'm not sure how long that will last.

I think that you will love this support system here. They are all amazing women.

Hi Laura! Nice to meet you! I'm Lisa (26) and DH is Marc (30). We have been married since July'08 and TTC ever since, but we have been together since June'99 (10 years since we met this Friday! ) I have very irregular and long cycles and am hoping to get that under control. Other than that, we are waiting for a referal to an OBGYN who will do more tests and I will be trying accupuncture this summer to see if that helps. We are currently on no meds and are still trying naturally. I'm an HPT addict, in the 2ww, I've been known to test almost everyday when I'm waiting on AF (last cycle was the worst - 82 days! I must have used like 20 tests in the last month of that cycle at least!). I'm going to try to control myself this cycle!

Welcome, welcome! I am Ashley (31) and DH is Nathan (32). We just began our 18th month TTC #1. I am with Kim being a total opposite about taking HPTs. I haven't had one in my house in quite I while. I don't even buy them any more! LOL! Anyway, we are currently taking a mental break, so are NTNP. We have done 4 cycles with Clomid, had a normal SA and a normal HSG, so we should be pregnant, right?? LOL!!
