So I entered my temp this morning, and now FF says I Oed 3 days ago! And we didn't even BD during those days. If FF is right, I'm out of the game this cycle. I went from having great odds (we DTD all 3 days leading up to and the day of my last O date) to all of a sudden having no chance whatsoever! I just feel so let down I tested again and nothing, so this is it for me I guess. It just seems so unfair, I thought for sure this was my cycle. I don't know how much longer I can handle this. I was trying to stay positive, but I knew it would just blow up in my face. I'm trying to tell myself that at least I Oed and my cycles will start getting more normal. I just am so mad at myself, why didn't I insist we BD those days anyways? I feel like it's my fault. DH wanted to BD at the end of the week but I was so tired I fell asleep on the couch thursday and friday and then just got up and went to bed without BDing.
I might just NTNP this summer while I'm on vacation. We'll see. I'm just so sick of this! I might just try OPKs and stop temping. I don't know anymore...

I don't really understand ff and I hate the dotted crosshairs. I was wondering if you disregarded your temp on CD27 - would it change anything? Or try taking out your days of ewcm.
Last month I had to take out my OPK info and ewcm (and put it in notes) for ff to give me solid crosshairs because my opk/ewcm did not match up with what ff gave me as an o date. The doc said that I should trust opks and not ff to be more accurate.
I hope you did catch that eggie though. Sperm can live for up to 5 days.....and a natural family planning book I have tells of a couple who swore they had not had relations for 7 days prior and still got pregnant.
Wishing you luck ...

Thanks for the encouraging words Lee Ann. I'm still gonna consider myself out, it's easier on me that way. I'm gonna test again on friday because I have a staff party that night, so I want to know for sure before I end up drinking, but that's it. If I take my EWCM out, it tell me CD 16, so I have no idea anymore. I know that I will be using OPKs every cycle from now on, unless we decide to NTNP, so this doesn't happen again.

Big I'm sorry that this is so frustrating! I hope that FF is just wrong. I know that it's happened for me before. Hopefully you're still in the game...

I hope ff is wrong. I hate using it and if it wasn't for the fact i'm doing the fertility trial would not have even bothered with it this month.

Ok, so I entered this morning's temp...and it changed O day AGAIN! I'm gonna forget about FF for this cycle as I'm pretty sure it's wrong! If I just change the right data, it goes back and forth between CD 16, 28 and 29, but I personaly think I probably Oed around CD21 or 23. I spotted this morning, so we'll see what happens with that. I'll be testing again Friday if spotting goes away.

I'm sorry it's frustrating... I say, as long as your temps keep going UP, it's a good thing either way!

I know how frustrating it can be for FF to mess with your mind! haha It told me I was annovulatory last cycle and I know I wasnt so who knows. I would say that it is possible that you Od on CD16 or CD23...you never know 100% with FF. For me its just a good resource to store all my information and it sometimes works! Plus I am addicted again! haha Good Luck though!!

I agree with you, FF is a good tool, but I need to take it less seriously...it could be right or wrong, the point is to do everything you can I guess when it does work out.
We talked tonight about going NTNP for this summer until the new school year starts and just relax a bit on the temping and timing BDing and such, and we are both ok with that. I was saying that with my long cycles, It'll probably just end up being one, two cycles of NTNP max before we get back into things. And if that wasn't enough, when we got back from dinner, I realized my dog ate the end of my thermometer...I guess I'm ''meant to'' take a temping break anyways!
