I have almost always had cervical pain during intercourse, it varies from time to time as to the severity of it. Since this last miscarriage it has gotten worse. I looked online last night after we DTD to try and figure out why it might be so sensitive. I've been to the GYNO for it once before. It said that it could be from Endometriosis (which I have) or PID (pelvic inflammatory disease), problems with the uterus, a pelvic mass, bowel or bladder disease, scar tissue or adhesions, orovarian cysts. This all came from ACOG (American College of Obstetrics and Gynocology website). It said that having a laproscopy could be a useful way to find out what's going on. I know that we are NTNP but I still don't want to be in pain anymore. I'm also wondering if one of those things could have been a reason for having the last two miscarriages.
I don't know the answer to your question, but just wanted to say that I hope someone can shed a little light for you. I know that I have had this before, but it is very isolated and seems to be when my cervix is lower down.
Sorry I can't help... I'm going in next week to talk to a surgeon and getting a lap set up for myself.. the pain from endo I have has never been painful during intercourse though, although that can be a side effect from endo.. I'm sorry.

We will re-evaluate another IVF w/FET try in 2013.
Have you and your doctor ever discussed having a lap or is your endo pretty mild? I knew someone a long time ago on JM that got pregnant (and had 3-4 kids) with no problems on endo, but I know lots of people who have issues.
If it were me, I think I would bring it up again and tell them it is worse and you are concerned it is why you have miscarried. Good Luck!

Thank you ladies for the info. My Endo is mild. I've never really had much pain from it. I'm going to call and see what the nurse says to do if it continues. A friend from work said to wait and see, because it might be from having the miscarriage. She said that letting it heal a little longer might decrease the pain.
