NA - I don't remember much from before my sister moved out when I was 9. After that they aren't really that fond.

We were never close as a family growing up.....and I always seemed to be the outcast of the family. There were also 5 kids...and we are broken up in ages, so we never really did much as a "whole family."

I guess swimming, we use to swim alot! We would go to this place called the raquetball club and once when I was about 10 I spotted some teenage kids creeping up behind the fence and so I yelled "I can see you" and they threw eggs at everyone in the pool. I happened to be standing out of the pool and they hit me in the leg and of course (I've always been outspoken) yelled at how I was getting the manger and they ran off......the area of my leg where they launched and struck me turned black and blue the next day....about the size of an egg! It is funny...ya'll can laugh

We used to go mud sliding and I was just saying the other day that I want to go back this summer! My sister and I would rack up a bunch of friends and my mom would find someone with a pickup truck to drive us to the ''Chocolate River'', which is called that because it is just the color of chocolate milk and the mud is many feet deep! When the tide was low, we would just go wrestle, jump, slide, and fight in the mud, it's the most fun thing EVER! And we usualy drew a crowd of spectators in no time, but we just had a blast! I remember the priest stopping to watch us all playing in the mud and he turned and looked at my Mom and told her how great it was that she let us have such fun and just be kids, no matter how dirty we got. Anyways, obviously the pickup truck was needed to haul our dirty selves back to the house, then my Mom would give us spatulas to peel off all the mud, then she would spray us with the hose before going into the house and taking a real shower. I remember once when my friend put 2 big globs in both my ears and I had mud coming out of my ears for a few days afterwards, and even when I blew my nose! I wish I had pictures! I'll ask my Mom next time I see her! Fun times!

UMMM I'd have to say that I miss having snow during the winter months. Some ofmy greatest memories in life ended up with someone's head stuck in the snow or a snowball fight. Here in texas that will never happen. I've been trying to convince DH to move to Colorado since the day we met.

I wish! It's rainy with thunder and lightening here right now actually! And no snow...but we get 20 + inches sometimes in the winter...thank god I'm a teacher and school is canceled when that happens, but Marc is a courrier driver, and if banks are open, they usually work...so some pretty stressful days sometimes when that happens. It does get to 100 degrees once in a while here too, but only for like 1 or 2 weeks in the summer, and it's very hot and humid and sticky sometimes (we're on the east coast), not dry heat. But yeah, we get all 4 seasons quite spectacularly

I'm jealous. It's anywhere from 90 to 100+ degrees from Mid may to the end of OCtober some times. We live in north east Texas and it's really humid!!!!. The winter months get into the 40's mostly. I almost cry every winter because the ground is not covered in it. I grew up living in the northern hemisphere (air force brat) and we always had the full four seasons.

I could do without the snow, but I appreciate different things in summer, spring and fall...it's just winter really! I figured you'd have a nicer kind of heat than we do, but I guess it's sticky there too.
