Its Official....

hi ladies, I know I recognize some familiar names on here.
Today marks the beginning of our 6th cycle of ttc #1.

For those who I haven't met yet, Hi! I am Blair (27) and my Dh just turned 32 yesterday (i was so hoping to be able to tell him he was gonna be a father on his b-day) We have been married a bit over a 1.5 years and we are both so excited to be parents. I am a SAHW, while my Dh has several different business ventures he is a part of. He has an extensive history of prostate infections we have battled for the last year. He has a check up with his urologist this month, inwhich i want him to do a SA, to rule it either in or out. I am a 28 day cycle--like clock work--i have never been on any sort of BC and we techinically were not trying, not protecting since we were married.

I have to admit, i never thought it would take this long. I am a bit bummed. It seems like we do everything we can each month. Opks, temp, and have tried a variety of different methods of bd to "cover our basis". However, i can't believe that 6 months has flown by so quickly in TTC-while at the same time, it feels like forever.

I appreciate you guys taking the time and reading this. It looks like i will be here to stay for a bit.

Welcome! I am sorry that it has taken you this long to TTC, but it will happen for you!

I am Christina (26), my DH is Tony (he will be 30 on the 15th), and we have one son, AJ (he will be 3 in August). We have been trying for number 2 since January 2008 - 19th month currently.

Best of luck - I hope your stay here is short.

Welcome! I'm sorry you're journey is taking you so long, but have faith that it will happen!

I'm Cris married to Shawn and we're in our 26th cycle of ttc our first. Everyone here is wonderful and so supportive! I'm sure you'll love it! Good luck to you!

Hi Blair! I'm Lisa (26) and DH is Marc (30) and we have officially been TTC our first for a year now. I also thought TTC would have happened by now, but I guess we can't just decide those kind of things. Well, one thing is for sure, you have a great group of girls here that can definitly relate. Looking forward to getting to know you!

Hi Blair, welcome to ttc 6+ months!!! i'm sorry you are having to join our group due to time it is taking to get a bfp, but we are happy to have you!!!! you will love it here!! great group and we're pretty close!!! so join in and post away!!! share your experiences and ask questions to find out others experiences. I am Lynda and i've lost track of what cycle i'm on (about a year and a half of ttc now). i've had two miscarriages with the last one reeking havoc on my cycles. i hope we all get our bpfs soon!!! welcome again!!

Hi, Blair! Welcome to TTC 6 months+...I hope for your sake your stay here is short and sweet. My name is Catherine (20 on the 24th) and DH is Alex, 28 married for a lil over a year ttc#1 after a loss for 9 months.
