superstitious?

do you buy things for baby or do you feel you'll jinx your chances if you buy something?

I feel like I will jinx myself!! I have ONE onesie to tell DH one day he'll be a Daddy, and I just had an impulse buy a few weeks ago for a Steelers baby blanket. Don't tell DH!!

nope, no baby stuff. i am superstitious, but I fill my need by buying for other babies. I look all the time, but won't purchase for myself. my MIL has a bunch of stuff she has bought me, but i haven't taken it yet....

I'm half & half....yes, I buy stuff, but I don't buy too much stuff OR big items.

I don't buy much - actually I haven't bought anything for me in about a year - all baby gifts for friends. Last time I bought it was a onesie.

I already have a lot of stuff so it isn't like I need to buy a lot and I just don't have the room or budget to buy much. A Onesie here and there that I can't pass up, maybe - especially if it is on clearance.

I buy!!

I said it another post, but I can't say no to a cute outfit or baby item on super sale/clearance! I already have lots of stuff waiting in the nursery closet (hurry up BFP!!) I'm ready!

I'm a buyer... I'm not really superstitious... in fact I just bought somethings tonight! LMAO... We were in Target and I noticed some of the crib bedding pieces I had been eying for a while now were on sale... like 50% off, so I bought the pieces that were on sale. DH was all for it- saving money is always good! I only buy stuff that's on a great sale though. Also, I have a ton of Baby stuff that my brother and his wife gave us. We had it before we were trying and it's all stored away.

I try not to buy because I'm afraid it will jinx us...like I told my Mom the other day...but I'm not actually superstitious on most things.

Our friends have the sweetest little girl so when I get the urge to go baby shopping, I shop for her instead of for myself...plus we are trying to get our debt down as much as possible so that we'll have extra money for when we finally do get a BFP. I think watching my sister accumulate stuff over the years has made me decide not to...because if it never happens, I won't have all those sad reminders. But if I ever do get that BFP....watch out and move out of my way, I'm headed to the mall!!!!

I'm a buyer. I feel it will happen weather i buy something or not. I have done things that are superstitious and have never had anything happen that would make me think it was because of something that might jinx me.

I'm not superstitious, but DH would get upset if I bought too much, so I don't really buy anything yet.
