This cycle has been especially mean to me... the HUGE temp spike and the stinking hot flashes, which I have NEVER had before actually made me wonder if this could be it, well for at least 10 dpo anyways. Yesterday I woke up so emotional and with absolutely no hope of being pregnant, then I had some IPS and made myself think, maybe it's still possible. Well today I started spotting, my normal, AF is coming spotting. So I can say today with 99.9% confidence that I am out. I guess it's on to the S/A, HSG, Clomid and whatever else it takes to make this happen. In the meantime I think I will drink mojito's tonight and maybe a glass of wine or 2 with dinner and just wait patiently for AF to visit. It's inevitable at this point. Thank you everyone who watched my chart and was hopeful for me, it's awesome to have you girls as cheerleaders!!

I still think there's always a chance until she shows, but I understand...I'm figuring I'm probably headed for an upset myself. in a big way!!! I'm so sorry!

I am so sorry. I know how it is to get your hope up and think this really is it and then AF slaps you in the face. I agree you might still have a chance - your temps are still really high. Keep us posted!

Mmmm, Mojitos! B) I guess AF showing in summer isn't all bad.

I'm sorry that the witch won't stay away.

You get pre-AF spotting, too? Have you thought about talking to your doctor about Progesterone issues? I've had thyroid problems, headaches with AF, weight gain, and a mix of seemingly totally random symptoms but when the spotting started, I figured out it was probably low progesterone. Sad thing is, I can't do anything but diet, exercise & natural supplements (like Chasteberry and B12) until I've reached one year of TTC because doctors won't touch you until that one year mark.

Hopefully the supplements, diet and exercise will take care of it, though. You can also get natural progesterone prescriptions from the doc, they have fewer side effects than the synthetic stuff (but the doc won't even tell you it exists unless you ask for it.)

Just a thought, because giving your body something it makes naturally but is lacking is FAR more healthy than adding other things to make it behave against its instincts

I'm so sorry. This is why I tried to stop temping one cycle. It just got to hard emotionally to look at the temps each morning and try to figure it out. Yet, I still do it!

I'm really sorry. I hope you have a nice couple of drinks tonight.

Oh man! I'm sorry you're spotting, but I'm not gonna count you out yet!
I know how you feel about seeing that dreadful spotting though... that sinking feeling in your stomach just sucks. I hope you are pleasantly surprised in the next few days though!
