Oh great... it's lunch time and now I want pizza!
Hmm, I have two cases- when I can have tomatoes (I'm allergic and can only eat them sparingly) I love my pizza with fresh basil, tomato sauce and fresh Mozzarella slices (the traditional Margharita).
When I can't have tomatoes, I like mine with a little garlic and olive oil on the crust, fresh mozzarella slices and broccoli marinated in garlic and olive oil. Top that with dollops of ricotta cheese and I'm a happy girl!
