So today is the day at work that I'm announcing my surgery and such (going to stay as general as possible), but it's the first time I'll be public with having the surgery. (5 more sleeps!!!!!) My readings never usually match up to real-life, so I guess at some point it makes sense that it does, but it's weird!!

This was my horoscope today:

July 31, 2009
This can be a time for exposing and talking about hidden, intensely private or secret subjects. It could be about past issues or current fantasy's. Conversations and interactions are intense. Just be sure the person you share your inner thoughts with is someone you can trust.

Like Lynda, hopefully they won't ask you questions.....you should tell them that you've got to take a week of for mental health reasons because of all of them

I take partial MH days occaisonally....my boss understands, the other lady in our group is unbearable to work with.

@ Lee Ann!! I think we all have one or two of those!

I'm just going with surgery for ongoing pelvic pain- not many are going to probe about my pelvis I don't think. If they do, then I will throw the word endometriosis at them and they can go research themselves!

That is really freaky Jackie! I doubt that many people will pry once you tell them pelvic pain, but then again, there's always one or 2! LOL... Good luck!

No, all went well. To be honest, I think they all probably talk on their smoke breaks and either collaborate to figure out what's wrong with me or make up new reasons about the surgery. I really don't care any more! I'm having it done and that is that!

I am so glad I only have 2 days left of work before I take off. I went to the grocery store tonight and got some apple juice, peach and orange jello, chicken broth, and popsicles. That is about it for the day before the surgery- how exciting! The hospital called today and pre-registered me and that got me a bit excited... well, until the lady asked if I had a living will- then I got a little bit um nervous. Haha. Oh well- can't wait for this to be done and be on my way to a BFP finally!

Haha, Jackie...living will is just standard procedure. You will be fine and when you are done with all of this, I bet your BFP will be right around the corner. I am so excited that you are able to take this next step!
