Sandy,

I have a question for you. When you found out that you were pg on Clomid, did your Dr put you on progesterone supplements?

I am just wondering if I should ask for them or not.

Thanks.

Margo

Margo when I went in for my CD 21 check up the month I got my BFP my prog was 34 when I went in 1 week later to see if I was pregnant or get more clomid it was 42 so it was high enough. My Dr said that with it being that high it was a sign of a pregnancy that was going to stick. So No I did not have to take anything after that. Good Luck!!!

NO prob I just hope that I helped. I know some people do have to take it but I think they go by what your level does in early pregnancy.

My progesterone on CD 21 was good (over 20) but I haven't had it tested since and my first dr appointment isn't until to weeks from today. So far my temperature is staying up so I think so far so good but I would feel better if I had another progesterone test.

Thanks again.

That is good if the DR don't want to test it again then that means that they don't see any Problems! I am sure everything will be great!!!

My doc tests again at the first trimester screening (around 8 weeks). You might ask your doc if you can have this done if s/he doesn't do it already!

CONGRATS, by the way! I've been SEVERELY MIA, so I missed your pregnancy post!!! Hooray!

Thanks. My first appointment is at 6 weeks and I will ask my doctor for the progesterone test. But I felt really anxious yesterday and didn't want to wait almost two more weeks so got a blood test for hcg and progesterone at a walk-in clinic. I should have the results tomorrow.

Don't you like how they tell you that you are kinda pregnant! They told me that I was kinda pregnant when I went in for my M/C and my HCG came back at 6. Anything over 5 is PREGNANT. I am sure that everything will be OK with you a lot of people still spot a little the first month. But don't forget to keep us updated!!
