It went well and I only had minimal cramping while they got everything in place. DH said I should have seen my face when they injected the dye LOL. It hurt a bit more and I think that surprised me, but wasn't anything I couldn't handle. The Xray technologist there and her student were VERY calming and helpful. DH was in there the whole time and watched it all. My Dr and the Xray Dr said that everything looks perfect! Yay! He explained the screen and how they read it and was very pleased.
The monitors were behind me, but I was still able to see if I turned my head. DH said it was very interesting to see what they were doing. While I was getting dressed, the Xray technologist showed DH the screen and explained everything and how small everything was. Then DH said that he was kind of nervous when he saw a white space on the screen cause he thought it was a blockage. She said it was a gas bubble
I'm so glad that it's over and we got the all clear. My Dr went over the next steps with us again and I'm to call him on the first day of the next cycle to map out the plan. He did mention the increased chance of conception after the HSG and he hoped we weren't back for MA.
So, that's that... we have to wait to BD, so we can start the BD marathon tomorrow night and hope that the "clearing of the cobwebs" was all we needed! Thank you guys soooo much for all the answers to my silly questions and all the support! You are the best and it means so much!
