Hi everyone! My name is Ashley (21) and my SO is Jerrod (22). I am sad to say that this will be our 6th month TTC. We decided to start trying a few days before I was DX'd with PCOS. Yeah, that really made us even more eager, obviously. So, we have been trying since April, and here we are at 6 months.
I have had a lot of trouble with everything really. My cycles have been CRAZY long, and I have had some terrible experiences. I once had to take the BCP to stop bleeding since I have gone off it. I think it may have been from having such a long cycle. It hasn't happened again yet. (knock on wood)
Anyhow, this past cycle was not long at all. It was actually normal...about the same as a BCP cycle, really, and nothing too harsh for once. The cycle before that, I actually was able to get some x-hairs on my chart, and had a 15 day LP. Unfortunately, I was unable to temp last cycle or this cycle, but I did record my CM and all that as much as possible. Looking at the CM and everything, it looks like 15 days is about right for my LP last cycle too. So, now I am waiting to see if everything is straightening out with my cycles. I have high hopes because it was the 1st time I hadn't taken provera to start my menses!! Yay!!
So, I haven't been charting because I have been at the Ohio State University hospital for a while with some friends of ours. Their mother was in a bad explosion at work, and was in ICU for a whole month before she passed away on Monday. It has been too hectic to even think of temping and everything. We have just been BDing each chance we get really. It has even been good stress relief for us really. lol
But, next cycle will be better I hope. Yesterday was the funeral so we should be able to get back in the swing of things now. Who knows. I think I will really have to help out our friends a lot over the next couple months, cuz they are only 20 and 16, and both of the male gender. I forgot to mention that they lost their dad 3 years ago as well. So, they are really lost now.
But, that's us...nice to meet ya'll!! Hope we can all see some major BFPs soon!!

I hope that your stay is short and sweet.

Hi and welcome! I am Ash (31) and DH is Nathan (32). We have been TTC #1 since January of 08. We are currently taking the laid back approach to TTC, so we will see how that works out. Sorry you have to join us, but this is a great group.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes ladies!! So sorry that you have all been trying so long. Honestly, it's not something you ever think you'll have to worry about until you start actually trying. I know, even though I knew I had cysts, I still never thought I would have all this trouble. I guess that's what you get for thinking. lol
Hopefully some of us will get some BFPs in September!! I am hoping for the best!! Good luck ladies!! Nice to meet you all!!
