I got my + OPK today, so here goes nothing!! This is the earliest since TTC that I've gotten a + OPK (I'm on cycle day 14), and I'm not sure if it's a result of the surgery or maca root that I've been taking since cycle day 1. I'm so excited!! We BD'd last night and we'll BD until that temp goes up. Until today, we've taken a very relaxed approach and just BD'd every other day.. it's been really nice and time actually went pretty fast. So now I want to make sure we get some more swimmers in there!! I have EWCM, and I don't usually get it until the day of O (I've had it for 2 days now) so perhaps the EPO is working this cycle- I've taken a break from it for a few cycles now.
So wish us luck! I'm really hoping for something big to celebrate in a few weeks for my birthday!

This is great!!! I'm so glad that things seem to be coming together this cycle for you. QUestion: what does maca root do? Where did you get it from?

It's supposed to help balance hormones.. it's a natural herb, and you can get it in the raw powder or in capsules (the taste is awful, so I ordered the capsules). It's supposed to have benefits for both men and women- I can't advocate yet (until I get my BFP of course), but I haven't noticed anything bad from it so far. DH & I have both been taking 500mg every day since cycle day 1 this cycle. I bought mine off of Luckyvitamin.com, but you can get it just about anywhere like that online.
Here's just one article I found online: MACA - How to Use This Fertility Herb to Increase Your Fertility

Thanks, ladies!!
Yeah, Lynda, I hear it's like hit and miss, so I figured since I might have a weird cycle from the surgery that I'd try it. It seems like it either helps or messes you up, unfortunately. I know you said your cycle ended up being longer on it. I am hoping it's the maca, but it could very well be just a result of no endo on the ovaries!
We did BD again this morning, but it was more for "fun" than for "baby making". It ended how it needed to though. My temp took a nosedive this morning, so I'm hoping for a big jump tomorrow! I am 99% sure I ovulated late last night!

Thanks, ladies!!! My CM is back to creamy, so I'd say it happened. Just going to wait for a few more temps before I plug them in for crosshairs!
I hope I hope I hope!
