I wanted to let you guys know what was going on for me...
AF showed Friday at 10dpo... I was working a golf tournament and totally not prepared. Lets just say I'm glad I brought extra pants in case it rained
. I've never had AF any earlier than 12dpo, so this is strange...
Anyhow, after the tournament I had to work at my MIL's office and I had to sneak away to call my Dr (he told me to call him on CD1). My Dr called me back within minutes but I was stuck in the office with my MIL, so I gave answers that couldn't be construed as anything "ttc related"
Thankfully I left a very detailed message and he just verified everything.
After much debate and deciding, DH and I are giving this a shot...I start Clomid on Wed 9/16 (CD6- he did this on purpose so the timing for everything would work out better for us all). Tues 9/22, I go in for an u/s to check my follies and hopefully Wed 9/23 I'll trigger with the HCG. Then we'll do "scheduled spontaneous intercourse". I fully plan on getting my BFP 10 to 12 days after that.
They even made me my own personal calendar to keep in their office. They do that with all their infertility patients (am I really one of those?!?!? Yikes! lol)
I worried about getting the meds in time since my insurance requires prior authorization for them, but the Clomid is so cheap, it's no biggie. The nurse said she already stashed a sample of HCG trigger for me that someone got but never needed in case the insurance gives us trouble for this cycle.
DH and I are feeling very positive about moving forward finally! I think I might pop on over the the MA board to check out some other's experiences tomorrow when I have some time.
