I love it!!! Its only CD 3 and its done awesome for me. It has lightened my period and my pms isnt bad at all i had 1 day of cramps and thats it!!! 1 day of exhaustion 1 day of b@t#cyness and thats it!! Not only is it supposed to help aid in getting pregnant but it makes menstration a not so bad experience and ive only been taking it 3 days!!! I usually have really heavy flow the first 3 day (TMI sorry) and not this time 1 day of medium flow!! the rest has been light! The best part is they will give you free samples that will last till you ovulate!!! It is supposed to regulate your hormones which i feel its proven to do that but it lengthens your fertile days and its just great!! I would definatly recommend it!! This is a must have!! Just thought i would share my new find.
