can you O 2x in one month??? i took 100mg of clomid this cycle and through my temps I have O'd on CD16, which is totally normal for me. But tonight, I started feeling extra CM and it was eggwhiteish - i didn't think anything of it, cause i've heard of ladies getting ewcm after Oing, BUT then tonight I got O pains again. not long, but still there...

anyone know anything about if you can O twice in one cycle? i tried googling it, but all sorts of other things came up.... maybe cause of the increased clomid???? maybe i'm just hallucinating!

I'm not sure. I would guess that theoretically it's possible, but probably not likely.

I have asked this - you can ovulate twice but it would be very close together, typically within 24 hours or less of your first ovulation.

I have been told it is reproductively impossible for your body to ovulate twice in a cycle - like you will not ovulate on CD12 and then again on CD26.

Since I've been on the Femara, I've had more pains near my ovaries after ovulation than I've ever experienced and the ewcm can be due to fluctuating hormone levels. On the bright side....you might be feeling a corpus luteum cyst if you are preggers We can hope right!

I was going to say what Lee Ann did- it would be closer together, like twice in the same day or so if you did. I'm sticking with maybe it's because a bean is implanting!

You can't ovulate twice in a cycle (unless like Lee Ann said within 24 hrs) - your body can gear up to O and then not and O later. That is usually how people who use the calendar method to avoid getting pregnant end up getting pregnant.

I would agree with what the others have said... I would agree that it would have to happen fairly soon after the first O... I like Jackie's idea that it's a little bean settling in for the long haul!!!!

i Jackie and Lee Ann's idea of a little bean hunkering in for the long haul!! i've just never experienced it. my temps say I O'd on CD16 and like I said, prior to my MC, CD16 was typically my O day. It could also just be the clomid too. I just thought i'd ask and see. thanks gals!!!
