Hi everyone. I am new to JustMommies. This is our 8th month of TTC. We have one child.

My question, my OB did a CD21 progesterone check this month. He told me my number was normal, but the number was 9.3. That seems low. Does anyone have any ideas? If AF comes this month I guess I will talk to him about the number, and see why he thinks 9.3 is high enough.

I had it measured twice and it was 14 and 8.5 and my Dr told me it was normal too although I thought it was low.

One important thing is, do you know when you ovulate? The test should really be done at 7dpo, but if you don't know when you ovulate, Dr's will do it at 21dpo.

Thanks for the reply. I ovulated on CD15, so I was at 6DPO, but 7DPO fell on a Sunday, so the lab was not open.

My numbers were higher. I think (and I could be wrong) that it was 41.

I've had it drawn several times and I have always been told that 15 is a good number. I did have a friend that is 9 weeks pregnant right now and her's was 9 and the Dr said that was fine!! I wish you luck though

yay i'm on the welcoming committee here too!!! i take progesterone supplements after I confirm O with temps. mine was low, but i don't remember the actual number. I just wanted to say hi and welcome to JM!!!!

My OB wanted at least a 25 the first time I had mine done (on a clomid cycle) and it was 30. On a second check it was 30.1 (on another clomid cycle).
