I need some support, I have been ttc for what seems like forever! Af is due 10/1 and I'm scared to death she will show up! Any advice on how to deal with this stress? Or suggestions on what to do??

First off, Welcome to our group! We're a small but supportive bunch!

I'm sorry that you're having difficulties with your TTC journey. I'm not sure that there's anything that can really relieve your stress other than trying to keep your mind off of things. A hobby, retail therapy, even a computer game that is mindless can help sometimes!

Good luck to you and I hope AF decides to leave you alone!

Welcome to our little corner of Justmommies.

Cris kinda gave ya all of my options. This cycle I am going to try to do some home improvement kinds of things and try not to think about it.

I'm sorry your journey is taking longer than anticipated... you'll find most of us have been here for entirely too long as well! After TTC starting consuming my life, I took a step back and have spent every extra moment I can with my DH... that has helped a lot.

Our TTC journey: 6 cycles Clomid, lap surgery/ D&C, IUI, 2 x IVF; 33 cycles- BFN.
IVF#1 (March 2010) Transferred two 8-cell grade A (perfect) embies- BFN and heartbroken.
 IVF#2/FET#1 (Jan/Feb 2011):Transferred two (7&8 cell) grade A (PERFECT) embies- BFN again.
March 2011- February 2012: On BCP due to endometriosis.
March 2012- taking a few months off of BCP and we are TTC naturally.
We will re-evaluate another IVF w/FET try in 2013.

hey there tiffany, i'm some what in the same boat, my AF is due tomorrow and i'm just waiting for her arrival. it's so sad. I think she will arrive today. i'm so sorry it is taking you longer than hoped. me too!!! welcome to our group and i hope she stays away from you!!! hugs

Welcome! I know how it is!! It can be very frustrating but the light in the end is that there is always a month to start afresh and try a different approach! Our's this month was to try the OPK's and they have been pinpointed this month to steer me in the right direction! Try not to get discouraged and stay around positive, praying people! When the time is right it will happen!

well first of all.. welcome to our little family I wish I could tell you something to make the annoying wait for af be any easier.. the best thing to do is try to keep busy.. wash laundry.. clean the house.. lol.. just try not to worry to much about it.. I do pray you do not have to wait to much longer for your BFP! Some of us have been dealing with this TTC game a looong time.. I do not wish this game on ne one.. so here is a lot of baby dust.. (i've been TTC #2 for almost 26 months now) hang in there.. and vent when you want.. thats what we are all here for.. for support when you need a friend!! so good luck.. maybe AF will not show.. and you will get your BFP on 10/1!
