Can you believe it's October?!?!? Do you have any plans for this month that you're looking forward to? Apple picking? Halloween party? Trick-or-treating? Football games? Vacations? Anything good?!?!?

I can't believe it's October!

I am looking forward to the leaves changing colors (but not looking forward to spending weekends raking them up!), watching football, and making fires in our fireplace.

Playgroup every Thursday - and a random assortment of MOMS Club events.

The 15- 19th we are going on vacation - the 16th we are going to TSR and AJ is going to get to do a train ride on Thomas the Tank Engine (providing DH can still get tickets). After that we are driving to Texarkana, Arkansas and the house DH's family owns up there and we are going to relax, get away from technology, etc. Lucky me - I should get AF around then if I am going to.

31st is Trick or Treating obviously

1st is our MOMS Club "Fall Pumpkin Party"

I love the Fall, it's my favorite time of year.
I'm looking forward to Apple picking (we're going this weekend!), pumpkin picking, the fall foliage, hay wagon rides, seeing my nephews dressed up for Halloween, Football games, Hockey games, crunching leaves under your feet, the crisp cool air, fall foods (soups and stews), and cuddling under blankets with DH!

Our football team is in town on the 17th!!! I love it when they're here. I think there are more supporters in the crowd for the visiting team!
On the 18th it's our 13th wedding anniversary.

Oh, and did I mention that on the 18th I have my appt at the fertility clinic??!

We don't get that kind of fall. Our leaves don't really fall until January. We have lush green grass almost all year round. Apples don't grow that well down here. After 18 years of living in NY - I don't remember much about fall except that it was cold and I got snow on my birthday a few times.

Awww, well you should come back and visit me! I'll take you guys apple picking and leaf-peeping and all that fun stuff! Plus I have lots of jackets to share!
