Well I am a Social Worker but there is no jobs in this military town I live in so fortunately I do homedaycare for the Military now. How convienient I can stay at home with my kids and still make money for the house. Erics job allows him 9 months maternity leave with 93% of his salary so hes going to take that to give me a hand with the kids and the new baby. When I get pregnant. Hopefully soon.

When I do get pregnant and have a baby I hope to just work part-time during the week. I would LOVE to stay at home full-time but don't know if we could do it financially!

Ewww I dont WORK. Work is baaaaaaaad. Instead, I stay at home with three children (4 if we have another baby), homeschool and go crazy.

Yep. No work for me.

Unfortunately, I will have to work.

I'm not as fortunate as some of you. I'm the bread winner in my family. Without my salary, we will be struggling.

So I'm hoping to go back to work about 2-3 months after the baby is born. I'll be very sad!

I will definately be working after bbay, even if it's only part time. I think if I stayed home I would go nuts! LOL

i hope to be able to stay home. I'd love to stay home now, but can't. We're doing better though, so I really do hope I can be a SAHM.

My DH and I sold our house in a Chicago burb last June and moved out to the country where we could afford to live on just his income (we had the same salary before I stopped working). We wanted less crime, better schools and cleaner air. I thought I'd have a little one by now because we've been TTC for 13 months. I've enjoyed being a homemaker, but am definitely ready for the baby we changed our lives for. I can't wait to be a mommy.

I am a hair stylist and I only work Wed, Thurs, and Fri. I make my own appts. so I can arrange my schedule as it's needed. So I will continue to work. I also have three teenagers still at home so I will have lots of help.
