I'm soooo sorry!!!! Can I ask, why aren't yall wanting to do the IVF?

We would jump at the chance to do IVF but can't really afford it at the moment. Well we technically can, but if we took out the loan it would really strap us pretty thin... if one of us would loose our jobs, a car would break down, something would happen medically with us we would really be in trouble. It's just not the most responsible thing to do at the moment. We are currently try to save up the funds for IVF in 2-3 years... or use the money for an adoption.

I would try the Clomid option again. If the 100 doesn't work I would ask to up it to 150.

I can totally understand where you're coming from Kari... we're in the same boat as far as IVF... it'd really put s in a bind financially and that's not necessarily something we want to do. It would work, but there are the what-ifs that surround everything else (just like you mentioned- car, unemployment etc).

hugs to you girl!!! that has to be terribly frustrating! i think the cost of IVF is gotten so outta hand. I think they are milking people who are feeling desperate and willing to pay large sums of money. you cannot tell me that what they charge is even close to what it costs...
