Sorry it's taken me all day to update you guys about my IUI, but we had a busy afternoon.
Anyhow, the IUI was at 1:30pm today and it went really well. We dropped the sample off at 1pm for washing and we waited in the lobby where there were of course, a bunch of pregnant ladies. I was having more ovary pains through the waiting period (I have been having O-type pains since last night as well). Some are pretty darn sharp and painful!
We were called back and waited. It was drafty again this time... no pants and a sheet that barely covers anything isn't fun. The nurse came in and brought in the tray and told us the sample was great. There were lots of swimmers in there moving all around and ready to go! We were happy to hear that! Then my Dr came in and did the IUI. Again, it only took a matter of 2 minutes but it hurt a bit more this time. More cramping this time around.
Then I layed down for 20 minutes and prayed that the swimmers were doing what they had to do and getting to the egg. DH was pretty funny this time around and was cracking a lot of jokes. Then the Dr said we were all set and that everything went perfectly.
The staff was wonderful yet again. I really am so lucky to have them in my corner as well. The very pregnant receptionist told us that she hopes to hear that we're pregnant before she has her baby in 4 weeks and if we were then we could plan play dates in the future. LOL. The nurses all said they'd send positive thoughts our way as well.
So, that was it... I'm still a bit crampy and still have an occasional O-type pain here and there. I had a bit of spotting as well, but it's not much and I'm not too concerned. I go for a progesterone blood test on Wednesday to confirm I O'ed and hopefully I'll be seeing a BFP in early December!
I'm going to lay low for the night eventhough I have a TON of laundry to do. I guess I'll just borrow some of DH's socks tomorrow as I'm completely out of clean ones!

Thanks for all the support everyone. You guys keep me going... seriously!
