Thanks everyone!
HSG today: got there, checked in, got called back. I changed into two gowns ( one to cover front, one to cover back) and waltzed into this OR style exam room. Eric had to put on a lead vest, but got to be in there with me.

First they had me put my feet into the stirrups which are abnormaly higher than the regular exam ones. I made a joke I'm not that tall! My team there was AMAZING. They were so personable, and just over all seemed to CARE. They had me feeling very relaxed and at ease.
They put the speculum in, opened it a bit, and then clamped my cervix. They asked me to make a BIG cough (this lowers the cervix, and I knew that, and told Eric. The staff was amazed at how much I knew about what they were doing, and even asked if I was a in pre med or anything! This is not the first time I've been asked that!!) Anyways, they more or less gave me a shot into my cervix to numb it, and boy did it burn. Until that point, it had been much like getting my IUD.
After that, they put the catheter in, inflated it a bit to stay, and had me rest while they scooted me up so just my ankles were in the stirrups. Then, they injected the dye.
It is such a stange sensation to feel a pain from that, and see it happening on a screen. I had to stop looking, because it was bothering me. Not to mention, I saw all the needles prior.
Uterus looked good, BOTH tubes were clear. They said it was textbook.
It hurt a lot to have the dye in, I had some very strong cramps.
They had me tilt my pelvis different directions to get the angle they needed, then they were done. I sat up and was talking to them, lost all the color in my face, and continued talking. they said I didn't sound ok, and to lay back down.
A few minutes later I was done shaking and got up to change, and all the blood and dye kind of freaked me out.
After that was all done, we had the valet bring the car up, and we went home. Because of the meds I was on, I had Eric drive. They were worried I may have an allergic reaction to the dye since I am allergic to shellfish, but nope. I had taken Prednisone the past two days, an Antibiotic for 3, and Motrin/benedryl one hour prior.
So... no blocked tubes. I am happy about this, but wish we had some answers.
Anyways, this evening I've been in a lot of pain, especially once the numbing stuff wore off.... Eric was able to take the day off work which was great though. They are very understanding.
I don't want to count on anything, but I REALLY want it to be this month. I would love to be able to give Eric this as a christmas gift.
We meet with my RE again on Dec. 2nd to discuss whats next. Eric also has to do a Semen analysis next week, just to 100% rule him out.
