Do you find they are as reliable?

Last month, I had a week straight of positive OPKS, this month, I haven't had one at all (and are 3-4 days past my + time I got one last month).

Do you think I just didn't O this month, or that the OPK's are doing weird things because of my PCOS?

I never once got a positive on an OPK. I too have PCOS and just don't trust them. I almost never ovulate on my own anyway because of the PCOS. I am usually triggered to O.

i don't know the answer to your question, but i've heard that with PCOS opks can be unreliable. do you temp? that is really the ONLY way to confirm ovulation. HUGS!

I don't think I'll be buying OPK's anymore. I'm pretty sure I never O'd this month. no fertile CM, no O Pains....oh well.

I get them no matter what. Mine are darker and stay darker longer when on clomid. I have heard that OPK's with PCOS are unreliable, but I don't know.
