i'm still confused. i bought two ept tests....i took one a couple days ago and it was positive but the line was still extremely light. it got darker over time but it is still light. so now a couple days later i just took the other ept becuase i figured it had been a couple days and the line would be darker and well i can say that it is not darker but i think it appeared sooner. i was able to see the line in about 2-3 minutes. the other test i think were more toward the 10 minute cutoff. i think i read somewhere that you are supposed to hold the test and arm length away and look at it to see the second line. and i can see it. shouldnt the line be darker though? it has been a couple days since my last test. but then again the line did show up sooner.

i'm confused. what would you do if you were me?

Do you have any other symptoms? If you're not really pregnant, i dont know what else could be causing these faint BFP's. It must be so frustrating. I'm sorry.

hmm...how many days past ovulation are you? You could of JUST implanted when you took that first test and now the levels are just starting to go up..as long as af doesnt show and you keep getting these lines, id assume your pregnant! good luck!

i dont know if i have any true pregnancy symptoms. every time i think of something i can always think of what other reason there is....for example i'm hungrier but that could be becuase i've been working out and my body is needing more food.

All the crossables are crossed for you. I think that it seemed to come up sooner sounds promising - as for the darkness it could be that your second test has a diferent sensitivity level - they can vary within the same brand. Maybe you should get a digital and try again in a day or two. Good luck!!!!!

i was thinking maybe i needed to get a digital too. i hate those though. it is so hard to see not pregnant but i guess it would be better to just know than to be wondering all the time.

and again:

I know that digital test at higher levels. I don't know if that's good or bad in most cases, but for you, I'd go for it! Maybe wait a couple of days, especially since the lines DID seem to get darker...

Good luck--I really hope that this is it for you! Of course, I'll be dying waiting for an update!

I used a cheap test and got a faint BFP ( after 15 min I counted it as a evap) the next day I used another cheap test ... the same kind and it was a BFN So I used a equate and got a faint BFP and then a digital and said Pregnant. So what I am saying is that the same test can test diffrent and I would test again and use another brand of test.

The same thing happened to me when I tested. Mine actually got LIGHTER on the second time I tested though. I tested like 5 days after my period was due and it was positive, but very light...I tested at 7 days past period and it was even lighter almost barely able to see it! You probably are pregnant and everything is fine Im sure...Congrats!!!

you guys have lifted my spirits a little. it feels like someone is teasing me. i'm going to wait at least a week to test with a digital. i'm just scared to. i think i will buy an equate test and if that one is positive and the line is a little darker i will buy a digital sooner.
