Wow, I am beyond frustrated. Girls, I have been bleeding on and off so much lately. In the last 33 days, I have bled NINETEEN of them. Goodness gracious. I really can't stand this....

What is going on with me?

When was the last time you saw your OB. That is way too much bleeding in my opinion. I would see if I could get in soon if it were me. Even if you are NTNP or not trying really at all.

This isn't typical for you. Do you think that it could be stress related?

I would go to a doctor and get looked at. I had that happen about 10 years ago and ended up passing out in a store because I became so enemic from blood loss. I think I bled for 45 out of 47 days. They never found out what caused it but put me on the birth control pill for one month and that regulated my body again.

I hope you are ok.

I called my doc and left a message. She said they would probably want to see me soon. It is out of the ordinary for me to bleed this much, and the worst is...my sex life sucks! It's not really that easy to TTC when you can't stop bleeding.

I hope they see you soon, (like tomorrow) and have a good plan to get your body back on track.

Ash, glad you called the doctor. As a nurse you have a sense of what is right or not with your body, so only you can make the call but it sounds like you are frustrated and it is definitely worth looking into. My SIL had very abnormal cycles where she would bleed for months at a time and sometimes get a day off here or there. Anyway, ended up she has pcos and some endo. Not that i think its what you have but it is definitely not something to just let go on.

Good luck Ash, let us know what the Dr says. How annoying (and very out of the ordinary)!

I am going in February 9th. That's the soonest they can get me in. She told me that they may want to put me on BCP for a month or two to help get it under control. Although I prefer not to take that route, I will if that's what needs to happen. )
