OK so I got some Mucinex yesterday. It's the 600mg extended relief and I'm not sure how I should be taking it. Should I take one in the morning and then another one in the evening or take 2 at one time only once a day? Any help is appriciated.

I'm not sure. I would guess twice a day.

I read somewhere if you are taking the extended release formula that you should take it 1x a day in the am to help with ewcm. I have never taken it so I don't know for sure. I hope it works for you and you get a BFP!

Well good news is I seem to actually be getting some EWCM which I haven't gotten much in the last 2-3 months. Like this time it's actually on the TP when I wipe not just when I actually go in and check.

That is awesome news!! How often are you taking the mucinex? I may try that this cycle.

How long do you take it for? When do you start taking it? 5 days before you ovulate? Have you tried plain Robitussin before? If so which seems to work better?

Mine wasn't extended release, but I took one in the morning and then 4-6 hours later if my mucus wasn't what I thought it should be I would take another.
