I've selected an RE/Clinic. I am looking forward to moving on and getting some help. I spoke with the clinic on the telephone and they want to do cycle day 3 testing. I'm on CD6 so we will have to wait till next cycle. Anyone who has had this testing, what happens if CD3 falls on a Sat or Sun? I don't want to wait too much longer to start all this cause I know it's going to take awhile.

The first two times I had this testing it fell on a Saturday and I went in on that day. My RE's office is open every day of the year except Christmas and New Year's, so you may want to check.

Otherwise, my RE isn't too strict on if it's cycle day 2, 3, or 4, so that's another thing you may want to check..

My RE is at least 2 1/2 hours away so I went to a local hospital for my CD 3 bw and I'm pretty sure it ended up being CD 4, so I think there's a little bit of leeway. Most offices are open when you need them to be, so they would probably have someone there if you told them ahead of time that Sunday would be CD 3, or they may say just come on Saturday or Monday. Congrats on picking an RE though!!

The one time I had CD 3 testing done CD3 fell on a stat holiday and there was a snowstorm. There was only 1 lab in the southern half of the province open and it was on the other side of town. But I got there and they weren't even busy!

Congratulations!! How is DH handling this so far?
