Thanks, Lynda... things are moving along at the moment. Today was a GREAT day and I was in a GREAT mood and felt so good and now today I feel like the gum stuck on someone's shoe.
Today is day 5 of my injections (Gonal-F) and the first day of my Cetrotide (done in the morning). I think my body is starting to revolt against me since I'm adding all of these hormones. The Gonal-F seemed to have caused me a headache, but yesterday I felt so good that I figured it was just my body causing the headache. Now today, after my morning injection, I have the world's biggest headache and am just feeling rotten. My numbers are progressing as the should (at the moment), and I had to start the Cetrotide because I had an 11mm follie poke out on the left side while all of the other follies are still tiny. We don't want any of them to decide it's time to go and let loose too early. Cetrotide will prevent any eggs from ovulating. I will go in tomorrow morning for bloodwork again (and hopefully find out in the afternoon that my Gonal-F dosage is decreased- I'm still on the full dose I started with), and then Friday is a big appointment.. I have bloodwork and my RE is doing the ultrasound himself Friday to see what's what in there. I'm hoping we will have some progress. The nurse told me yesterday that she imagines a bunch of the little ones will "pop" for that appointment.
Sooo, my next big update should be Friday afternoon!!

Thanks, Christina! I had my bloodwork this morning so I'm waiting for that call back to see if my dosage will change and if my follies are growing (E2 number). I'll update for sure tomorrow after I know something after that appointment!!

GL Jackie! I'm still thinking of you and praying for your IVF baby! And when you get to 35 weeks like I am, you will feel more like a whale than a watermellon, so try to enjoy the watermellon phase when it comes, hehehe!

HAHA! Lisa, that's cute! I am keeping everything crossed! I got my call from the nurses today and my numbers are progressing. E2 is now 880, which is getting there. Hopefully I'll get a good count of follies and sizes tomorrow. I'm keeping the same dose of Gonal-F still at this point.

It sucks that you're getting bloated. The things that some women have to go through to moms! Good luck at your U/S tomorrow.

 Thanks Lynda.
My update is here:
The reason why my RE had to be present during this u/s was because (and no one told me this before), my right ovary is hidden a little bit behind my uterus. They needed him to see how things were progressing and get his opinion on whether or not he'd be able to get to the follies on that side during retrieval. Luckily, he is pretty confident he will.
After ordering 2 more 300iu Gonal-F pens, I'm told today that we need to slow things down and I am dropping to only 100iu of it tonight finally (so boo for expensive meds that may not be used). My E2 numbers went up.. a LOT, and I was told this wasn't a bad thing (I'm a worrier). I go in tomorrow morning for only bloodwork. I will continue my Cetrotide and we're hoping some smaller follies start to catch up.
My E2 today was 1,442.. My follie measurements:
1 have two 15's, one 13, four 12's, five 11's, two 10's, and 9 smaller ones... Praying that some of the smaller ones bump up while we're coasting with the lower Gonal-F...
