i am going to take a breather from charting for a while the dr in the Er today told me to relax and take it easy for a while.and i decided that the only thing i am stressing over is ttc.SO my plan of action is to not prevent! but i wont be charting for a while.i will still use the Opks of course and do my bd'ng in the same time frame as always but i feel in order to quit these panic attacks i need to chill out on temping and charting for a while.the only thing i will chart is my bd time. I hate taking a break again but omg i cant get pg if i am totally stressed out ya know.its just to hard for me.i am still gonna hang out here of course and throw in my 2 cents hahaha.so you arent getting rid of me.

I was in the ER today early early b/c of chest pains thought it was a heart attack but it was just a huge panic attack, lots of blood work and Iv's and Oxygen ect... i am home now but i am gonna take a break

I am sorry things are getting to you so much Kim

I think 'not actively ttc' will do wonders for you and your health though,
so that is great news. This cycle we have BD every 2-3 days and i have
not used opks etc. 21mths ttc has made me a emotional wreck so i thought
best to take some 'time out'.
Most women seem to get pg when they are not obsessing so i think there
is some value in 'chilling' now and again

Good luck and enjoy some 'me' time.

Sarah

Wow. You are really stressed out with ttc. I can understand that. I took a 5-month break when I became so obsessed with it last year. Last month was my first time back and it has been a HUGE different.

I pray that you get your BFP soon. Good luck.

I am sorry Kim, I know how it is to stress about it - I know I am trying hard not to obsess over everything - but it is really hard when you want something so badly. I think backing off will do wonders for your general and reproductive health. Sending you calming dust

Take care of yourself, hun.
A little break will do some good for you.
I'm glad you're still hanging around though!

I'm sorry to hear how hard this is on you. I agree that maybe taking a break would be the best thing for you and your heath right now. Panic attacks are scary! I hope that taking a break is just the thing you need to finally get your bfp.

I'm so sorry that you are stressing out. I know how much this can completely take over your life. I'm glad you have a plan to take it easier. I'm really hoping that the relaxed approach works for you!
